Who We Are
We are property professionals with 25 years experience dealing with property , construction and lately with Party Wall Surveying and Home Buyer Condition Reports. Based in Canterbury, Grays and Southend-on-Sea, we carry out RICS Level 2 Home Buyer Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, valuations and party wall services across Kent, Essex and the wider South East. Since 2020 we have completed more than 1,300 surveys covering over £450m of property, from one-bed flats to eight-bedroom country homes, and have acted on 200+ party wall projects. John is an Associate member of the RICS, a RICS Registered Valuer, a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association, so every report is prepared to recognised professional standards - and explained in plain English. We book surveys quickly, usually within days, and we are always happy to talk through your report by phone once you have read it.
